Gift Advice

she’s a 16 year old girl.
likes marine things.. um.. yeah i have no clue what to make/ get for her

So… My girlfriend and I will be together one year on August 21st. I’m really having a hard time coming up with any kind of gift idea. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Take note that we are not married, only dating.

Here are the details…

- She is twenty-five.
- She has all of the essentails like microwave,
furniture, etc.
- No picture frames because I already got her two
in the past.

Thanks, any ideas will help. I am thinking thirty dollars or less.

Im 11 and people keep asing me what I wan’t for my bday but I don’t know what to say Im use to gift cards but Now that im 11 they give me presents!!! so I don’t know what to say I want usually its from $20 to $30 gifts? any ideas and it can be like more than one present!!!

He’s got all kinds of video games and gadgets, and he doesn’t seem interested in many of the video games out anymore. Just got a new IPOD touch and a new cell phone so those things are out. He doesn’t like cologne, and he’s not the world’s biggest sports fan, he likes football, primarily was a Brett Favre fan, but I already got him the jersey, the Sports Illustrated Favre book, etc. I’m not sure either of us has enough vacation hours to leave on any sort of trips. Given all of this, do any of you have ideas for the guy with everything? We’re hoping for gifts under $200. THANKS!!!!

My niece is turning 6, and my brother in law says she wants a Nintedo DS. What?!?!? Now, money isn’t the issue here. My problem is that I don’t think this is an appropriate gift for a 6 year old whether or not it’s what she wants. I don’t want to spend $150 on a device that I think would be harmful at her age. Any suggestion? My husband is almost fully decided that we’re not getting her that. But if she’s already asking for this type of gift, I can’t think of anything else she would find acceptable.

I know if it was my kid she’d be getting something a bit more appropriate for her age, but it’s not my kid! What else could I get? I know that kids at this age can tell the difference between the cool toys they want and the ‘lame wannabe’ imposters that they recieve!

I’ll graduating next year and i want to buy a house.Most of my friends say it’s not a good idea because i’m not in a relationship.(it’s cheaper).I’m 25 and buying a house will be my gift( i deserve it) In 2008 do women still think like that? I’m a woman and i don’t need a man to help me pay my bills. I’m ready to have responsibilities.I left home at the age of 17 (it’s a long story)I been living in apartments for 8 years.What your opinion ?
The question is : Why is it a bad idea to purchase a house ?

I’m not going to be technical as far as our situation but I just need an idea to get her something..something small. I don’t want it to be huge just something she can keep forever or something. A flower won’t last forever, so any other ideas? Also, if it’s a drawing, what should I draw? (I’m exceptional at drawing)

My friends birthday is coming up and she ABSOLUTELY ADORES pigs. I wanted to get her a cute gift that included pigs in it somehow. She’s 24, but pretty much likes anything pig. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
She already has a pet pot belly pig. And she has every stuffed animal pig you can imagine. I kind of wanted something different and unique to give to her. Any ideas are great!
