Hi, I want to create a Pay Pal account on Ebay and I need a card. Im currently 17 so I’m not able to get full bank account cards yet and I was wondering if a gift card mastercard is a good idea to use on pay pal then after selling something I can put the money from pay pal onto my parents’ bank account, because they dont let me use theirs on Pay Pal. If theres aother card which is better can you name it? Thx
