Gift Advice

my moms birthday is coming up in about 7 days.my stepdad already got her a car for her birthday but i also want to get her something besides that.any ideas.please help me.im about to go crazy looking for gifts that are not expensive because i dont got that much money.i could also do something creative for her without buying anything just by making it..please help me i could use anything.all answers appreciated.

I need ideas thinking of a gift for my friends 18th hes having a huge bash and i wanna give hmi a gift nothing big… a little bit of detail: hes like the only black guy in our skool, and everyone kinda makes fun of him in a joking way but he takes it cool and knows we’re all friends.. so i kinda wanna get him a funny gift regarding that lol. lol i was gunna get the tshirt thats kinda like superman but instead it has a ‘B’ and it says “BLACKMAN”.. haha. but does anyone have any other ideas? something kinda unique u know.

My best friend is turning 18 this Saturday (March 15th), I really need help with getting some ideas.. I was thinking about a bag with some gag gifts. It’s just that I don’t know anything to put in it. PLEASE HELP!! Time is running out.

Imagine an artist friend is an amazing homewares designer. How would he rate a small mention in a mag such as Vogue. Example, you know they have the page of gift ideas and small pics of the products. How much would a designer pay to get onto that page?

I have no idea where to find them and I want to get them for my friend as a gift.

Awww, my friend is having surgery and her doctor suggested she buy Crocs for her recovery period. She agrees with and thinks they’re ugly — as do I. So as a present for her, I thought we would try to jazz up those Crocs with some jibbitz.

The fiance and I have planned a quick destination wedding for the end of the month (I’m being deployed). Most of the planning has come rather smoothly, but we are stuck at gifts for our groomsmen and bridesmaids (3 each). They have been such amazing sports, traveling on their own dime with little notice- they deserve so much more than we can give! We have budgeted rather generously for each person ($75) but are stuck on the idea part! We don’t want the basic flask or watch. I hate gift certificates so that’s out of the question. We really want something creative, and useful, but fun too. A tall order I know!

What do you suggest?
Nowhere in my post did I say the gifts had to be matching… I don’t want gift certificates, or jewelry, or anything they would wear the day of the ceremony. Has no one done something more creative?

I will adopt or buy, but it is a graduation gift. That means I need it by May. I have checked shelters and have had no luck. Any better ideas I would love to hear it.
This dog is for my brother in-law and my sisiter will be picking it out. He prefers this type of dog because I have one and she is so perfect that he wants one of his own. They are moving away and having a companion that will daily remind him how much he is loved by my family will make this the perfect gift.
